Abstract:Medical ultrasound diagnostic equipment has been focused on early procurement and mid-term management, and
late equipment scrapping is often overlooked. To consider more reasonable ways to evaluate the application for scrapping hospital
ultrasound diagnostic equipment combined with the hospital's existing medical equipment end-of-life procedures and end-of-life
management system. Based on image quality assessment, this study evaluated the application for scrapping ultrasonic diagnostic
equipment from three levels: equipment operation status, image quality detection, and clinical application. The evaluation
results included qualitative and quantitative parameter checking, and weights were calculated. At the same time, divergent
thinking and innovative end-of-life evaluation methods can make the medical equipment's scrapping decision more diversified,
make up for the shortage of hospital ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus scrapping application evaluation methods, and provide
supplementary suggestions for the procurement of new equipment.
