Abstract:Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of energy instruments (ultrasonic scalpel, LigaSure vascular closure
system, BiClamp) and traditional suture technique in transabdominal cervical cancer resection. Methods A total of 209 patients with
transabdominal cervical cancer surgery from December 2012 to December 2017 in our hospital were selected, which were divided
into ultrasonic scalpel group (61 cases), LigaSure group (49 cases), BiClamp group (45 cases), and traditional suture group (54 cases).
The relevant indicators of each group were compared and analyzed. Results The average operation time, number of resected lymph
nodes, and intraoperative blood loss in the energy instrument groups were all better than those in the traditional suture group (P<0.05).
There was no significant difference in the postoperative hospitalization time, anal exhaust time, and the drainage tube extraction time
of each group (P>0.05). Conclusion The application of energy instruments in transabdominal cervical cancer surgery for patients
with early cervical cancer can improve the safety and effectiveness of the surgery, and has a high clinical application value
