Abstract:Objective By describing the three failures and maintenance processes of the Philips digital radiography system that I
encountered, the idea and method of solving three faults of the device flat-panel detector was introduced, which could provided
references for our colleagues in the hospital to maintain such devices. Methods Firstly, the fault direction was judged based on the
equipment failure phenomenon, error messages and various test methods. Then, the long-term maintenance experience coupled with
reference hardware circuit diagram was performed. Finally, the fault point was found out and the corresponding parts was replaced,
and the problem was solved smoothly. Results Three failures of flat panel detector part were solved smoothly by self-maintenance,
and the loss caused by equipment shutdown was successfully avoided. Conclusion As long as the correct maintenance ideas are
mastered and the working principle of the equipment hardware circuit is analyzed, the self-maintenance of this kind of equipment
can be achieved, which can achieve the purpose of improving the personal maintenance technology, ensuring the opening rate of the
equipment and saving expenses for the hospital.
