Application of STIC in Detection of the Fetal Heart Conotruncus During the Late Pregnancy

Abstract:Objective To discuss the application of STIC in detection of the fetal heart conotruncus during the late pregnancy. Methods
A total of 150 cases of pregnant women during the late pregnancy were selected who underwent the ultrasound examination in our
hospital from June to November, 2017. The information in conotruncus of the fetal heart was collected by the two-dimensional
and STIC technology of ultrasound. Results The display rates of three vessels view were 80.7% and 82.0% respectively by twodimensional
and STIC technology of ultrasound. The display rates of three vessels trachea view were 77.3% and 80.0% respectively by
two-dimensional and STIC technology of ultrasound. There was no significant difference between the display rate of the three vessels
view and three vessels trachea view with the two-dimensional and STIC technology of ultrasound (P>0.05). The display rates of the
aortic arch coronal position view were 68.7% and 82.7% by two-dimensional and STIC technology of ultrasound. The display rates
of the aortic arch coronal position view were 57.3% and 81.3% by two-dimensional and STIC technology of ultrasound. The display
rate of STIC technology was much higher than that of the two-dimensional technology in the aortic arch coronal position view and
patent ductus arch coronal position view (P<0.01). Conclusion The STIC technology has the high display rate in conotruncus of the
fetal heart during the late pregnancy, it can be used to check conotruncus malformation of fetal heart with wild application prospect.
