摘要 三维斑点追踪技术是在实时三维超声心动图及斑点追踪技术基础上发展起来的一项新技
术,可从三维立体空间来追踪心肌运动轨迹,能够更准确、真实地评价心脏功能。本文阐述了三
维斑点追踪成像技术的基本概念及结构学基础,总结并讨论了其主要的临床应用价值、存在的局
限性和应用发展前景。

Abstract :Three-dimensional speckle tracking imaging technology (3D-STI) was developed based
on techniques of real-time three-dimensional echocardiography and speckle tracking imaging. This
technology could track the movement of myocardium in three dimensions, and made the evaluation of
cardiac function more accurate and real. This paper introduced the basic concept and structural basis of
this new technology, and its clinical application, limitations and development prospects.
